Rolland began his STELIA journey in 2016 as an Engineering Co-op student at our Mirabel facility. In 2017, he was hired as a full-time Project & Development Engineer. He has been promoted several times since; to Program Manager covering MDA, Lockheed Martin, and General Dynamics, then to Programs and QA Manager for the Mirabel facility; and most recently Rolland has been once again promoted! In July 2021 Rolland moved to Lunenburg to assume the role of Operations Manager, and we look forward to his continued growth at STELIA NA!
Atilia Lantz began her career at STELIA NA in 2007 as a Lay-up operator then moved to Wet and winding and Assembly. She started planning one program (Boeing ECS) when it was severely backlogged. Atilia was able to clear the back-log and prove her capabilities as a planner. She was given more responsibilities as a planner which led her to become part of the Supply Chain team; buying all the parts for the 4 programs she was managing. Today Atilia is responsible for planning all of factory 1 (lay-up) and a number of programs from start to finish.
