Rolland began his STELIA journey in 2016 as an Engineering Co-op student at our Mirabel facility. In 2017, he was hired as a full-time Project & Development Engineer. He has been promoted several times since; to Program Manager covering MDA, Lockheed Martin, and General Dynamics, then to Programs and QA Manager for the Mirabel facility; and most recently Rolland has been once again promoted! In July 2021 Rolland moved to Lunenburg to assume the role of Operations Manager, and later was promoted to Production Director, and eventually Chief Operating Officer. In December 2024, Rolland will take on his next challenge as the Director of Development Programs and General Manager in the Mirabel Facility.
